I love data. Like, I love it. Graphs, tables, numbers,.... whatever it is. I love the visual representation of how life can be quantified.
Also, I love Friends. Probably bordering on an unhealthy level. I've won trivia contests by myself, going up against teams of people. I've gone on dates to play 1-on-1 Friends trivia with girls that I didn't really have an interest in dating, but I like to compete, so I demolished them and felt fine about it. (Oh, and before we go any further, those of you cocksuckers who wanna pop in with "Seinfeld is better than Friends" can go lick a Walmart doorknob.)
So, while I've been self-isolating, a buddy of mine posed a question to me about Friends: Who do you think gets the most laughs at the end of the cold open?
Since I've been working on organizing all my digital media in the last few weeks, I've imported all the Friends episodes into Itunes. That made this project considerably more simple, as I could load episodes rapidly. I got it all done in one afternoon. My criteria was pretty simple:

- The person who received credit wasn't necessarily the last person to speak, but rather the person who had the biggest impact on the joke. For example, if Chandler got the laugh but then Joey said "okay" or something like that, the credit went to Chandler.
- If multiple people made the joke work, credit wasn't split; it was marked as "Multi".
- And if there was no laugh, like a recap, or something serious happened instead, it went into the "None" column.
