worst signing ever, he only did good in a couple of games against a small lineup of the kings in the playoffs.

Finley is old and washed up. This reminds me of the Brent Barry signing last year. Another over the hill player whose skills rapidly declined.

Brent Barry made some great plays in the Finals, maybe he didnt shoot great but he made some great passes and was a key component off the bench. Old and washed up? Fin averaged 16 ppg last year and is a 20 ppg career player, how is that washed up, he'll play in Pop's system a lot and be a key factor this year.

Nope, not a Spurs hater. I'm a Bulls fan, so I'd never be envious of any other team but maybe LA or Boston. I just think Finley is washed up. His game was way down last year, and he's not getting any younger. I see his career going downhill in a hurry like Glenn Robinson, Jamal Mashburn, Latrell Sprewell etc. There's a reason Dallas cut him over Tariq Abdul-Wahad....

Your right, cuz Tariq's contract isnt as bad and Fin was due to make 51 mil over 3 years, which he still will
Funny when you think about it, Cuban's paying Finley to play for his rivals.

lol - Finley's contract was cut because with what he was making he was a way overpaid complimentary player.
Not because he's no good anymore.
You're crazy

Finley is done?? Huh!? Brent Barry, by the way, was an excellent signing for the Spurs last season. A veteran presence who accepts his role as a role player to come off the bench. He was perfect in that situation and Finley will be tremendous for San Antonio. The guys before me already said it...he averaged over 16ppg and he was cut because he was due $51 million over the next few seasons, NOT because Tariq Abdul-Wahad. That's just crazy talk.
