yea sorry to continue the bagging......celts i think you have sheltered perspective on life..... maybe a trip outside the US would do you a lot of good, especially to a country in latin america, africa or asia where there are many who struggle to survive......
for me being the first generation born here for my family i have seen both sides of the spectrum whenever i go back to visit family........ the thing is there are people who always work hard in these underdeveloped countries and only a few can make it
luckily both my parents were able to rise to the top and were one of the few to get a free education from the govt in their country and a chance to come to the US because they chose professions which were in demand at the time nursing and med-tech......basically the jobs that americans usually do not want

Venezuela's a shit hole, trust me yet you still support our government forcing these people to live in a shithole rather than come to the US and do menial labor to keep our economy going. There are an estimated 10-14 million illegal immigrants in the US right now. Can you imagine if they all just disappeared tomorrow? Apples would be 5 bucks a piece.

never said everything is like america, but you sure do have some (limited) but some opportunity, the schools are free, jobs are available, and many people do come out of these 3rd world nations and become moderately sucessful if not just comfortable if they reallly tried. They really really dont, thats whats bothering me, they just think just becuase you step on US soil, money's just going to pour into their lap and everything gets better but infact they're stuck in the same situation working the shitty jobs with shitty pay and life's more expensive in the US. They come to the US, makes NO efford in learning english and expects to have the "American Dream" and be the next Donald Trump? come on now

wtf are you talking about Celtics?
How many immigrants do you know on a personal basis?
Me, I know at least 20, and none of them have the attitude you are talking about.
For someone that is attending college, you have a very naive and ignorant point of view.

Make no "efford" to learn English? Many of them likely can't afford to get someone to teach them English. When they're working as landscapers or car washers, they don't really learn a ton of English. It seems like so many of the success stories come from families that start up as parents doing work as maids or the like, because there they can get at least some English education and are making money and working extremely hard for their family.

I don't know where you live but that's definately not the case here. Most of our best every day workers are of foreign descent granted there legal and they work there ass off compared to the young piece of shit "Americans" we've hired in the past. They aren't looking for handouts and survive quite well on what money they do make.

I hear stories of how they've been living here for over 10 years but the doctors cant communicate with them because they dont want to lose their "Brazilian heritage"
