Larry Brown would be 6th. He has proven a lot but I didn't want to leave any of those 5 out. Decided to leave him out for 2 reasons:
1st - He can't coach for the future 2nd - His great achievement with the Pistons was imo just using the foundations created by Rick Carlisle and taking the team to the next level.
Droped Phil to 2nd because he never won without the most active dominating player on his team but couldn't drop a guy with 9 rings any further.
George Karl is overated. He completely screwed up with the Bucks and just because he recovered a Denver team that had the talent to do what he made them do, made George currently overated.

Karl may be overrated, but what he did with the Nuggets last year was amazing.
I hated him before that, but you've gotta respect turning a team around like that.

#1. Pop #2. Jerry Sloan #3. Rick Carlisle #4. Phil Jackson #5. Larry Brown (just because after 20 years he wins 1 title and he's so called the best coach in the NBA, i like larry a lot, but he bolts on a lot of teams so I think he's overrated although I may be wrong if he turns the Knicks around this season)

Not to take anything away from Karl, but what Hubie did with Memphis was more impressive. Also, not saying Hubie is a top 5 coach. Probably a top 5 teacher, though.

Im gonna have to go with the former rookie of the year coach, Eric musselman. That guy can make the warriors almost make the playoffs, then he is a good coach.

With all due respect, overrated my ass.
