are there any teams open for any of the leagues? it doesn't seem like there are too many posts on this website. I've been seeing a lot of posts from March, and April, and even from 2006. So I'm wondering if this whole website, or whatever is still active, or not, because it seems really cool, and i'll be disappointed if nobody follows it anymore, or if there are no team openings.

there are many, many teams open in SLOC, the college league, simply because there are over 300 available schools to run in the program that we use. the only catch is that you must own the game, Fast Break College Basketball (FBCB) to be part of the league, but to me, the game is well worth owning. check out the college league: www.simleagueone.com/www/sloc.htm

ok, then i guess i can't be a part of the college league, because my computer is simply too slow. i am still very interested in the baseball, basketball, and football leagues, but again, if they require needing a game, then i won't be able to join...

for baseball and basketball, i will take any team available, but i would prefer the Brewers and Bucks. For football, i want the Packers.

FBCB is a very basic game, and you could have a celeron processor or 256 MB of ram. you can easily run the game with a slow processor. FOF is completely different since it's an in-depth game, and far more stuff to deal with than what FBCB deals with. have you even played the FBCB trial?
