Will Brady who is on pace for 55+ touchdowns break the single season mark set my Peyton Manning for most touchdowns in a season? Right now Brady stands at 27 tds 2 int in only 7 games. What do you think?

What do you think? amazing that he has 27 touchdowns already. 22 touchdowns in 9 games doesn't seem to be that much of a stretch with this team and the amount of cupcakes that they have on the schedule. i can't see how brady misses out on 50 touchdowns this year. that seems insane, but so does 27 TD's in 7 games.

I don't think he'll get it for a couple of reasons.
1. Patriots play late season games outside in the cold. Peyton plays indoors and was able to keep his pace until the end.
2. I think the pats will have nothing left to play for in week 17 and possibly 16, so I could see Brady playing 1/4 or maybe a half in each of those games.

1. Fuck Tom Brady 2. Fuck Tom Brady 3. Fuck the Pats saying all that its eas to put up great numbers when your divison is a combind 2 and forever sucking so saying that he has the chance to blow that record out the water...and if you look at his history he only get stronger in the cold weather

Yea the division isn't great but he put up good numbers against everyone he played, he killed the cowboys too. Best team in the NFC

i believe he will break the record. Brady's never had a elite WR to throw to, yet always found a way to throw for over 3000+ yards. The closest he's had to a elite WR was Deion Branch.
I can't name a WR the Patriots have had that ended the season with over 1000yards receiving and double digit touchdowns. or anything close to it.
Give him Randy Moss (looks like he's easily re-established himself as one of the best WR in the game. You can thank the Raiders for not utilizing him properly and then trading him for NOTHING!) and a very underrated Wes Welker and you have Brady who is going to be this season's MVP.
the touchdowns aren't even the most impressive stats/numbers IMO, it has to be his completion percentage. A lot of people don't talk or mention his throwing percentage b/c of the touchdowns, but looks to break the passing percentage too. 21-25 pass completion against miami, CRAZY!! yes, yes, give its Miami, but still other QB's aren't throwing that well against them.
with that said...Patriots shouldn't lose a game this season unless they the starters get benched by week 14!! haha
