Lets get it started! It's right around the corner... What are your teams gonna do?

I think the Dolphins will end up taking Jake Long. There's definitely no clear cut #1 this year (shitty year to have the #1 pick) so I think I'd be satisfied with that pick. I'd rather them try and sure up the Oline this off-season and get Ronnie and Ricky some running room.
I see ESPN and NFLTV talking about the Raiders passing on Darren McFadden. I don't know why the Raiders would pass him up. They had a back-up have a good season last year....but how many times have we seen back-ups have a good season only to be followed by shit years. They need to get Darren and put him along side Russell and Walker....that'll be a nice trio for years to come...depending on Walkers knee.

I wish the Lions would trade up for McFadden but I know that won't happen.
I've seen mocks range from them taking either Derrick Harvey or Mike Jenkins which would both address one of many needs Detroit has, as would one of the OL in Williams or Otah.
Although if Rashard Mendenhall is there I don't see how they'd pass on him and as a Lions fan, I would love that pick. Actually that's who I want them to draft.

The Chargers will draft somebody ahead of most media projections. The talking heads will soundly call it a huge reach and criticize the move. A few years later the player will be a probowler and the draft video will be placed on youtube to mock the "experts". www.youtube.com/watch?v=feZdEUrW_Q4This is the standard for the AJ Smith era of Chargers football. (Rivers, Castillo, Olshansky, Weddle and Cromartie)

Yeah the "analysis" starts off decently but takes a humorous turn as soon as they go to the "experts" at NFL Live.

The Vikes traded 4 picks to get a top 5 defensive player in Jared Allen. Looks like I don't have to watch the draft now

I think the Raiders have the best position in the draft. Just because you're either gonna get Dorsey, Chris Long, or McFadden, and the decision will be alot easier than other teams to make. Personally, I want Chris Long, that guy really has it together, and he would be a great Raider, but I thik we have to go with Dorsey. That guy is gonna be the next great DT, and you can't pass up on that, especially with the hole left by Sapp. McFadden is nice, but we do have a few RBs that can get the job done. But Dorsey could be a great player for years. Have to ge with that.

league leader in sacks last year. averaged more than a sack a game. I'd say he's up there.
