This is a great deal for the Nets! Did nobody watch the Nuggets vs. Lakers series? Carmello doesn't play D, doesn't rebound, and dissapears at times on the court. Of the young talent taken in that draft, he is the only one who doesn't have the skills to take his team to even being competitive in the playoffs. And the Nuggets have talent on that roster, i don't care what anyone says.
Adding Jefferson gets you scoring, defense, and rebounding. My only concern would be keeping him healthy. As Stork said, Melo gets you the sexy stats. But he isn't a top player in this league. Not even the best player on his team!

He definitely has the skills to be a franchise player he just doesn't have the mindset right now. I think the Nuggets would be better off with a new coach who could get him to be more aggressive and play some defense. It would be dumb to trade him right now. Talk about selling low.

Nuggets would be morons. There is no way they trade Melo, he is the franchise of the team.

Anthony is probably the 3rd best player on the Nuggets. However, he's the youngest of the top 3.
He's a nice fit for a run and gun style offense, but not so much in a slow-paced halfcourt setting.
Camby would be a nice get for the Nets, but it looks unlikely for a lottery pick.
