And all that without Bynum for more than half of the year....... Dont ever underestimate how bad Smush freaking Parker and a rookie version of Jordan Farmar was at defending point guards.

The Lakers should trade Odom IMO. All that skill, and can't take over a game when he needs to. He's good though, but not championship good, and it was clear that he got roughed up and man handled in the Finals, which caused the Lakers to lose. Congrats to the Celtics. Loved that those 3 guys got a ring. Definitely players that I root for.

Well I think the series would have been some what different with Baby B in the line up which would have allowed Odom to play SF and guard P2 which was the best match up outside of Kobe...Baby B 7'1 Softy 7'1 and Odom 6'10 will be a very nice front court.......

Even Kobe needs a #2 that can share some of the offensive load. too bad that ain't gasol.... getting paid a MAX contract and not even good enough to be second fiddle..... ;D sorry, i couldn't resist....
