Blazers are looking good so far. One of my favorite teams to watch play right now. Really young, super athletic, I still think Nic Batum is going to be a huge steal for them. I like their makeup, a lot.

But they did lose to the best team of this decade..... GO LAKERS! Are you saying the LAKERS are the best team of this decade??

I'm not a fan of either team but the franchise of the decade has to be the Spurs. Some might disagree but it's hard to argue. Still the Spurs are on the decline and the Lakers are rising back up. Probably looking to repeat in the finals.

The team of the decade is the 2001 Lakers
The franchise of the decade right now is the Spurs but by 2010 it will be the Lakers

G. Hill G R. Mason G F. Oberto C T. Duncan F I. Udoka F

The Trevor Ariza (young, long, athletic, defensive pest, highlight reel dunker, improved shooter) for Maurice Evans (somewhere between decent and mediocre) and Brian Cook (worthless) trade is an under appreciated ass raping that the Magic have never received proper ridicule for making.

I'm a Spurs fan, and we've had a great decade, but its getting tough to watch this team play.
I'm starting to like Hill the more I watch him play, but originally I wanted them to draft Mario Chalmers. But hey, any team that revolves around 3 big players and a bunch of role players is going to be in trouble anytime two, yet alone one, goes down. If the Spurs can hover around .500 til Parker, Manu, and Ian Mahinmi (who was great in the D League last year, hopefully can make a contribution at some point this year) come back at 100%, I still like their chances. To say they're on a "decine" after two weeks of NBA play is a bit of a stretch, they've been hammered with injuries, but I still think they'll get the #6 or #7 seed out West if they play like they always do when healthy.

That and the God-awful Gasol trade that I'll never forgive the Grizzlies for making (the Grizz are doing fine, but never trade your best player to an already Western threat, I officially hate them for that) either makes the Lakers great intimidating mobster type dealers or just flat out skilled. And seeing how Mitch Kupchak has got his head called for more than once by the fans, probably the first type.

I can't wait for the Pistons/Lakers game tonight. Lakers are looking awesome and the Pistons are still gelling with Iverson aboard but it's always great to see these two teams meet.
DIE HARD Pistons fan here.
