Here comes another Bynum injury. You heard it here first. You're like the black cat for all of you teams.

Right now they do, it's called growing pains. Sixers are my 2nd favorite team behind the Spurs, but I know all of Philly will jump on the bandwagon when they make the playoffs looking strong (it'll happen, trust me). Philly did the same thing when the Phillies made the playoffs, everyone became a Phillies fan (some people I know whose favorite team was the Yankees all of a suddent became Phillies fans and started talking down to me because I was a Sox fan? Confusing..). Back to the point, the Sixers will be fine I think, they've got a lot of talent and Cheeks will be able to find a set rotation near the end of the season, I think they'll still be a threat out East. As for the Spurs, tough loss to Detroit tonight, had the game for three quarters then forgot how to play defense and let Sheed bury them. Just like the Sixers though, they'll be ok. I remember everyone saying the Spurs were on the downside, not true, as seen by George Hill's energy while Manu and Tony were out. Once Manu and Tony get comfortable again, and Mason and Hill adjust to their new roles, they'll be an underdog out West, everyone always counts them out. I hope the Lakers win as many games as possible honestly, just look what happened to the Mavericks in 2006. If they try to set a season record by winning tons of games be my guest, it'll hurt them in the long run.

Yeah, well, I think that's a pretty bad statement on your part. About 55 of the games were sell outs so what are you saying? Though, I do agree on one part...pretty much 3/4 of that parade were all bandwagon fans. Yeah, I know the 76ers will get it going, but it'd be nice for them to get a solid start and then find there groove. We shouldn't be losing to teams like the Hawks and Bulls.

To me atleast, it seemed like a ton of people hopped on the Phillies bandwagon during the playoffs, it was really annoying. 55 games sold out? Yeah I know there are definitely a lot of loyal Philly fans, guess I know only the bandwagon hoppers. Sixers are going to get destroyed by the Lakers. Brace yourself.

my griz suck...... why do I even bother Future-wise you guys look awesome, the next year or two is gonna suck, but I think the Grizz will be back in the playoff picture in three years. Mayo is already a beast, Gasol is looking good, Gay is looking awesome. You just need a defensive presence, someone who can coach (Iavorini is a good assistant but not a head coach) and someone who is an upgrade over Mike Conley Jr. (whose looking like a bust at this point, not where he should be IMO).

i'm sorta with you....
Mayo is just a killer.....way better than I thought.... Gay is really good (in that better than average SF type of way)
Gasol is merely OK....but good enough in a league without many good centers.....
but you are right, Iavaroni is only an assistant coach.....he needs to go....
and Mike Conley is a complete bust.....wussy boy is what I call him.....he's a wet paper towel on defense.....has no fight in him at all.....when someone is physical with him, he just sulks and lets Lowry play.....I think he is still mad that his dad isn't the coach and oden isn't his teammate.....
but don't underestimate how inept the owner is....heisley will fuck this up.....all of our guys just know how to lose....
this is year 3 for Gay and Lowry to have their season over before the start of the new year.....3 years in a row, it took only 2 months to ruin a season.......that isn't good for player development...
winning helps players more than guaranteed playing time.....

Name a SF more deserving of the SF all star vote than Trevor Ariza in the Western Conference. There is no way he gets the nod but with all the usual suspects playing poorly or injured (Artest, Mcgrady, Howard, Melo) he definitely has a case.

Of course, from your point of view, it certainly helps him that he is playing for the Lakers

Ariza was another rape deal the Lakers pulled on a team. I don't know if its schrewd business dealing or teams like the Magic and Grizzlies are just flat out retarded in trading. Ariza was definitely better than Brian Cook and Mo Evans, wtf were the Magic thinking? Although that's still nothing compared to the Gasol trade rip-off of the century. Made me hate the Lakers even more as well as work up mass hatred for the Grizzlies.
