I pray the Hawks get Curry at 4, but it's unlikely he get pass the Chiefs. However if the Lions and Rams both go for Offensive Lineman, than the Chiefs may take Stafford and the Hawks will land Curry. I pray we don't take Crabtree, and not because of his injury. With the number of good FA recievers, we can find a solid guy in Coles, or TJ to become Hasslebacks number one reciever. But adding Curry or even Raji to an aging defensive unit would all but assure the Hawks a return as the NFC West champs from the past. (If we stay healthy)

I pray you guys don't either. Crabtree is the best recieving prospect since Fitzgerald, and he was NFL the year before last. He would be perfect for the Raiders. Great hands to catch Russell's passrs. Him, Russell amd McFadden wold be awesome.

He will be more of a cross the field receiver, then a parallel receiver. He is more of a young Keyshawn Johnson to me, and the Raiders style is more fit for a stretch reciever. You should checkout Macklin. I think you will really like him

Hopin the Browns get Curry if he falls. If not, i would love to see the Browns trade down and get Malcolm Jenkinks out of OSU... but that would probly never happen

watched crabtree get exploited in the cotton bowl to my ole miss rebels and our secondary was not super awesome. he got a lot of pub due to the system and shaztastic big 12 defenses. He got shut down when he played a half decent defense. Not saying he wont be good, but if my team were picking in the top 6-8 i wouldnt want any part of him. Not tall enough and not fast enough to warrent that high of a pick. This guy is no where near in the league of top flite WR's like calvin johnson.

I think Macklin will be a better pro, especially if he ends up in Oakland and can build with a bad team, like Fitzgerald did with the Cardinals. The less pressure to start with, the more good receivers flourish in the future IMO

I'm hoping the recent Crabtree injury allows him to fall to the niners at #10 - but I doubt it will. Other than that, I really hope we get some help on the line on either side of the ball. This is a great year for lineman so I think it can happen. I just really hope we don't grab Mark Sanchez.

He is just a young kid, who doesn't have any football guidence. He is still a top player, and I think he could have a huge impact with the 49ers. Espicially with a no non sense guy like Singletary

Obviously he's not in the league of Calvin Johnson...way to be obvious. I think Crabtree is gonna be real productive in the NFL...he might not have big time speed, but his route running and his hands will make him a very good football player. Plus, part of the reason he got shut down was because he played through an injury the second half of the season (which was his bad foot)...

I guess no one saw Crabtree play the past two seasons. There's no denying his ability.

I guess no one saw Crabtree play the past two seasons. There's no denying his ability. Yes, but Crabtree would not be a good fit for the Raiders. Read what I said before, about his style. He is a Keyshawn Johnson type (That is not a put down, Johnson is a stud) The Raiders need a speed deep threat like Maclin. Russell isn't an accurate across the middle passer, he is more of a long ball thrower. Crabtree doesn't have the speed to be a deep threat receiver in the NFL. The speed in the NFL is way different then college. Crabtree will be great across the middle of the field, and stop routes, as well as flag routes. Not hating on Crabtree, just stating he wouldn't be good fit for the Raiders. He would be a perfect fit for a team that runs the west coast offense, which mirrors the spread in a way

Well, if he's on the board, we better get Crabtree. I like Maclin, and if he's on, and Crabtree is taken, then sure, Maclin would be a good addition. Higgins has proven he can go deep, so we don't need that. Maclin is more of a playmaker type of football player. Like a Hester, or Reggie Bush. Crabtree is a pure reciever. And the we would be stupid to pass on a player like him.

Bush: A guy who can't be an every down back, just a kick returner Hester: A guy who can't be a every down reciever. and is just a good kick returner Maclin has star ability, and comparing him to Higgins is laughable IMO. Thats like saying you would rather take an ok down field target, oppose to an extra ordinary reciever in Maclin. And isn't Mcfadden already that Bush/Hester type? Is having two guys like thaton one team a smart Offensive scheme? You got to make the defense respect the passing game, and you need to hide Russels flaws. He isn't an accurate passer, he needs a tall fast reciever with great hands. I honestly hope you guys take Crabtree, because I like watching the Raiders lose
