Well, if he's on the board, we better get Crabtree. I like Maclin, and if he's on, and Crabtree is taken, then sure, Maclin would be a good addition. Higgins has proven he can go deep, so we don't need that. Maclin is more of a playmaker type of football player. Like a Hester, or Reggie Bush. Crabtree is a pure reciever. And the we would be stupid to pass on a player like him. And based off of your two examples, you think thats worth a top ten pick? Bush: A guy who can't be an every down back, just a kick returner Hester: A guy who can't be a every down reciever. and is just a good kick returner Maclin has star ability, and comparing him to Higgins is laughable IMO. Thats like saying you would rather take an ok down field target, oppose to an extra ordinary reciever in Maclin. And isn't Mcfadden already that Bush/Hester type? Is having two guys like thaton one team a smart Offensive scheme? You got to make the defense respect the passing game, and you need to hide Russels flaws. He isn't an accurate passer, he needs a tall fast reciever with great hands. I honestly hope you guys take Crabtree, because I like watching the Raiders lose Yes, your right Bush is not an every down back, but he can complement a bruising type back perfectly. Plus, I swore Bush only punt returned, but I could be wrong. But I really think your overrating Maclin here. Let's put it this way...you agreed with Kfilment about Crabtree playing in a weak conference with bad D's, yet Maclin is in the same conference. Oh, Crabtree is in a system...lol, so is Maclin. And if Maclin is such a great playmaker then why did he only average 12.4 per catch? Crabtree averaged 12 per catch, which isn't much of a difference. And in there careers Crabtree has the better yards per catch...so is Maclin separating himself here? Quite the opposite.

He just hating steve. That's all. My whole argument just went right past him. I don't even get what he's saying.
What are you talking about my examples? I was making that comparison to Maclin LOL.
I wasn't comparing Higgins to Maclin lol. I said that we have a deep threat with Higgins. Jeez.
I didn't realize all of a sudden, Crabtree is the a terrible reciever. I'm sorry, but you ask any coach in the college football, they're gonna say Crabtree is alot better than Maclin and would take Crabtree. I can't believe that you're trying to argue against Crabtree. He's the best prospect in the freaking draft. Crabtree has one of the best hands I've seen come out of CFB. The problem last year was that none of our reciever could catch any of Russell's passes because he throw so freaking hard. Why not get the reciever with the best hands?

Curry looks great and I would honestly like to see the Lions take him with the 1st pick then at #20 they could take a sliding OT..like Andre Smith. Lions with virtually 3 1st rounders, hope they address Defense and the line(s) early.
--Crabtree is the best WR in this draft for sure. --Cole, you like Jenkins even after his combine?? He's going to be a safety. --Stork, I think Sanchez could be the pick for SF.

I hope the Ravens get Heyward-Bey but after the combine, I get the feeling he'll be gone by 26. I would be willing to settle for DJ Moore (I think the CB from Vandy) or Alphonso Smith at CB or Hakeem Nicks at WR. Either way, we need help on the outside.

With Crabtree's injury I don't think he's an option at 4 for the Seahawks anymore. As a Hawk's fan I'm pretty certain that the Hawks are absolutely fed up with all of the injured WRs on this team and I doubt they'd want another one.
So trading down looks like a very good possibility, especially if Stafford is gone, as I think Mark Sanchez is someone Seattle could have a lot of interest in.
