Seems safe. I doesn't look like a virus or anything that hurts users directly. It's bothering scripts that get into the HTML of a web page. They seem to try to open doors for the real malware to get in but they don't do harm directly. Anyway the only thing I saw infected was the .html files (web pages) so the "downloadable" files aren't infected by this threat.
I took some time last night to delete most of those scripts but they don't seem the source. That's probably somewhere within the host server so I can't say it's eliminated forever.

This forum hasn't had a problem that I know of, and that's a good thing.
You should be able to download files - since they are direct links to specific files, but if it becomes an issue, I will put the files for SLOC out on a different site, and possibly host some other things in personal webspace.

Maybe we should consider using a 3rd party site like rapidshare if any problems come up.
