Grizz finally quit wasting everyone's time and hire Joerger. Local media seemingly asleep or arguing about who was REALLY invited to play golf.

Shaw finally got hired. Denver looks like a pretty good fit for him.

That was a horrible move by the Sixers. You don't give up a 23 year old All-Star PG for that.

Don't you start over WITH the young PG, not by moving him? Maybe the Cavs should trade Kyrie just to get even younger.

Although at least they will REALLY suck next year with 2 picks in what's supposed to be a way better draft. It looks like they're giving up on Bynum too. Will be interesting to see where he goes this summer.

I actually like it, too...With Holiday, who I think is a good PG, but not great...they would have continued to have picks around this range. Not good enough. The 76ers have been AVERAGE the past 10 or so years...fuck that. They need to blow it up, and they need that marquee player. They give themselves a shot with the next draft.
The next draft is absolutely LOADED, and getting compared to the 03 Draft...

I think they overpayed to get jrue....i think i will go to a few games this year to see williams and noel

Yeah, I can't speak as a Sixers fan. But Jrue has gotten better every year and he's only 23. Now you put your faith in an okay PG prospect and an all-defense/no-offense center with a torn up knee. I think it'll come down to that pick next year.

I like it for the 76ers. Not anythign to do with Noel, but rather the pick. I think next years draft could be really great. For them, they need to plan to compete in about 3-4 years, after Miami and now Nets have died off. Its all about long term planning for this move. They will be super slaw the next few seasons, but many in four years I think they could be really good if things fall their way.

FA Day what what.
Grizz seems to be more active than I thought they might be. I figured we would sign Tony Allen and be done with it. But seems like we are being mentioned in a fair amount of rumors/buzz, so much so that I guess they might actually be trying to do something to make the team better. Would love to add JJ Reddick somehow. We need his shooting SOOOOOO bad.

Spurs bringing back the whole squad, I like it.
They did this last offseason by resigning Tim, Danny, Boris, and Patty and it nearly got us a title this year.
Already resigned Tiago (his deal is more than fair given the ridiculous big man market in the NBA), Manu (horrible Finals but I still love the guy, needs to dial it back some and realize he's not a star anymore), and Boris and Patty both accepted their player options. We will see what happens with Gary Neal.
Still have the MLE to use on someone. I would love to bring in AK-47. Another solid wing defender, as well as a shooter (Dorrell Wright?).
