Aaron Hernandez is an idiot! That is all. He is dumb as hell to take a chance at throwing away his life. But money talks, They dont have the gun that killed him. And they have no eye wittness of who shot the dude and all 3 of them had guns. I really dont care what happens to him either way. But right now the case looks weak.....

Even if they are not be able to pin the murder on him, he's still looking like an accessory to the murder, that would still come with plenty of jail time. Honestly most criminal investigations are all based on circumstantial evidence unless the perpetrator is caught in the act. The fact he erased/destroyed his security system and phone during the period that murder had taken place and the victim was last seen alive with Hernandez and friends AND the victim texted his own sister to tell her who he was with is all too coincidental to ignore. Also stuff like the victim having Hernandez's car keys on his body and the matching shell casing and Hernandez's DNA that was found in the car he rented provide even more evidence.

Texans have been so disappointing these first three weeks. I'm prepared for the worst the next two weeks against the Seahawks and 49ers.
