I didn't see any thread so I thought I'd post.
So like we won but watching Dwight Howard getting punked by Bargnani on national television was not fun.

A random thought I had today while looking at the NBA blogs.
I think the use of "posterize" someone as a phrase is getting out of hand.
Do kids really have posters of guys dunking anymore? My guess is no.
Why do nba bloggers make such a huge deal about getting dunked on? When they argue vehemently about efficiency (poor Rudy gay) but then act like a dunk over someone is so much better than a wide open dunk. They also kill guys for not hustling then make fun of them for trying to contest a dunk.
Also annoying on the nba blogs is using the word action. Zach Lowe loves the word action. "The clippers use great baseline action to get reddick an open shot"
Also annoying in the NBA blog world....Matt Moore on Twitter.

HAHAHA, POSTERIZED!!!!!!!!!!!!
In other NBA news, Grizz acquired a legitimate 3pt shooter in Courtney Lee, who I think everybody wanted to draft in the first place. Anywho, we still don't have a backup PG worth a shit, so same ol' same ol', we will get murdered in the playoffs as soon as Conley comes out. GOOD TIMES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I get we're short on several key players but we still have Harden/Dwight and lose to a Horford-less Hawks. Ugh. A random thought I had today while looking at the NBA blogs. Personally I love him, don't agree with everything he says though. Netw3rk is probably my favorite, very funny guy. Also regarding the rest of your post, I'm not sure who you follow but I haven't had that kind of issue with the tweets I've seen.

Personally I love him, don't agree with everything he says though. yes, last nights rockets loss was terrible....offense was pathetic and again, the other teams PF just lights us up....Paul Milsap was killing it on the offensive boards. ... I've been very plugged in to the NBA blog world for the last decade or more. I was there before SB Nation, before TrueHoop was on ESPN, back when Zack Lowe was at a Celtics Blog, when Tom Ziller was at AOL FanHouse, etc. And in my opinion, the nba bloggers, while more knowlegeable than most sport bloggers, have a heard mentality and have become super annoying. TrueHoop is nearly un-readable the past few years. Matt Moore leads the NBA bloggers on the annoying level, sending out 100's of tweets a night. I still love reading Tom Ziller and Zach Lowe, but that doesn't change that I roll my eyes at most of the nba bloggers and their use of twitter

Yeah, Ziller and Lowe have always been two guys I would read. I agree that the vast majority of NBA bloggers seem to know about as much as I do about basketball, which is not saying much.

Two guys I have followed fairly recently that I really enjoy that aren't bloggers per say are @nbaguru and @haralabob. Both generally have knowledgable and interesting things to say, but aren't necessarily as elitist about it.

I've only read of these bloggers/blogs for a few months now once the only basketball forum I loved closed down and I needed something to fill the void. Couple guys I posted with turned bloggers (you may know Hiren Joshi if you use twitter a lot) and one became a reporter (Alex Kennedy). Any other follows you recommend besides Ziller/Lowe? I try to follow mainly reporters but like reading a few opinions.

I only read random articles here and there. don't keep up with specific blogs. Can't remember his name, but the powder looking guy with glasses that does the webcam interviews on ESPN is pretty bad IMO. Seen a handful of his videos and his questions and interview as a whole is very awkward

That was the most frustrating loss I've ever seen.

76ers are much more entertaining than they figured to be coming into the year, especially with a roster full of "who is that again?" guys.
Glad to see the Knicks suck.
