Rick was kind of hit or miss for me early on but i'm really liking him this season. Tyrese is kind of a bitch though. He was a badass in the comic

Walking dead still being awesome so far. ***spoilers**** Did any of you watch talking dead with the guy who plays the head cannibal? Cool insight into how little side characters like him even know how he shows plot will go. Also, when Rick showed him the machete that was one of the coolest scenes of the show ever, I was like "yeah, bitch, rick made a promise!" TWD Has really been amazing so far this season. We're watching great TV right now.

I feel like I'm going against the norm when I say that "The Walking Dead" is wildly over-rated and inconsistently paced. We either get episodes like the Season 5 premiere where it is hitting on all cylinders, or we get episodes that take a step back to look at some random character that doesn't add much to the story, or we get an episode of characters going around in circles, fighting about it, killing zombies, one of them almost dying, then the characters who were fighting make up, realizing living is more important than fighting with one another. With that said, when it is on fire, it is unlike nothing else on TV, which is what keeps me watching. But we don't see this as often as we should, IMO. The best episode of the series remains *spoilers* the zombie raid on the prison where T-Dawg dies and Lori dies giving birth. The reaction from Rick and the rest of the survivors is something that will be etched into my mind for eternity *end spoilers*
"Homeland" looked like it was done after Season 3, but tonight it put together probably it's finest hour in at least two years. It will probably never reach the greatness many thought it would live up to after Season 1, but it's still a quality show.

the last two episodes of TWD have been painfully boring to me... I dont know if its just me but the middle 0f the series episodes in the last few seasons have been hard to watch, like how do you keep the main character of the show completely out of the last two??

I think it is safe to say that if you stuck with "Homeland" through its insecurity issues in Season 2/3, that it has rewarded us with possibly its best season yet in Season 4 so far. The last four-five episodes have been nothing short of outstanding. Mandy Patinkin (you know him as "Hello, my name is Inigo Montoya....") is just flat-out killing it as Saul, one of my all-time favorite TV characters I'd have to say. Everybody seemed to give up on this show after it drew out is biggest plot point, but now that it found closure in that and has moved on to a completely different story, we have a whole new show on our hands. And it's absolutely phenomenal again!

I forgot to say, Sons of Anarchy FINALLY had two decent episodes, and the scene between Juice and Jax was fantastic. Hopefully the last few episodes continue this.
