Watched the first episode when it first came out. Seemed okay, wife wanted to bail. I reluctantly agreed figuring it was on a crappy network and would likely get cancelled. Then it picked up steam and I've heard it's pretty good, so kinda bummed I gave up so soon.

Jessica Jones is good. One of the better villains in a while. A lot darker than I expected. I liked jones more than daredevil, but with you being a big arrow fan I could see you liking daredevil more What's the difference with the two? I loved first two seasons or Arrow, not the last two of lame drama shit. Been a while since I watched daredevil, but remember it having more action and fighting. Kind of like arrow where he goes out each ep and fights people and whatnot. Jones has some fighting, but it's not as much or as well choreographed as daredevil. Daredevil kind of goes out looking for fights while Jones goes out investigating and fights when she has to. I haven't watched the last season of Aarow, but based on what you said about lame drama I definitely think you'd like Daredevil more. D'Onofrio was great as Kingpin and I really enjoyed how he played him. The villain in Jones was great though because of what he can do and the fact he's very sadistic. He pretty much makes the show even when he's not around. There were a couple times watching Jones where I was like, oh shit. I also remember not being a big fan of daredevil's friend. I liked him in other things, but in Daredevil it was way too obvious he was acting and didn't seem very natural. I'd say watch daredevil first just because one of the characters pops up in jones. It's not overly important, so wouldn't matter if you watched jones first, but I liked that I already knew the character.

I just started season 2. season 1 is only 13 eps and season 2 is 16, so it's not too much. There's a lot of things it could have done better, but overall i'm entertained.

Anyone finish Jessica Jones? I keep hearing great things about it, figure I'll start either that or Daredevil. I just finished it last week, thought it was pretty good. Reminded me a bit of Buffy if anyone watched that?

Reminded me a bit of Buffy if anyone watched that? Buffy and the Angel spinoff were good. I like most of Joss Whedon's stuff. Firefly was great. Dollhouse was ok. Good premise, but hit and miss execution. The 2 future eps were really good though and showed its potential.

i like how a lot of shows have the same actors in small roles or cameos. I was just watching 100 and it had a guy that i've also seen in battlestar galactica, eureka, supernatural, and probably something else.

Buffy may be my favorite show of all time, between Breaking Bad, The Shield, and Buffy. I love that fucking show.

only watched first ep, but if you like army of darkness/bruce campbell then Ash vs Evil Dead is worth checking out
also, sirp, think i already asked this, but have you watched Danger 5? Curious since it's an australian show. It's pretty funny if you like random low budget humor

it's on netflix here. Not many episodes. It's good if you like its type of humor (intentionally bad type stuff).

had a few times I had to pause and be like what the fuck that was so stupid, but overall season 2 of The 100 was purty damn good. The show's not afraid to take risks. I've read some comments online where people gave up on the show after like the first ep, if that, but it continually gets better. Doesn't always have the best writing (often times I said what the character said before they did since it was kind of predicatable) and geared more toward a younger crowd, but if you like survival/post apocalypse stuff then it's worth watching. I wasn't overly interested in checking the show out to begin with and kind of kept watching early on just because i like the genre, but now i'm actually looking forward to season 3.

checked out glee out of curiosity and actually really enjoy it. some of the musicals are cringeworthy and there's a lot of them, but the show itself is pretty funny. Jane Lynch is great
