yeah your right He is better than sheed Amare's a beast that is already dominating the NBA after his second season. He will definetly be better than Sheed in a year or two, and its very debateable now. Look at the stats last year. Amare - 20.6 ppg, 9.0 rpg, 1.16 steals, 1.62 blocks, shooting .475 Rasheed - 16.0 ppg, 6 rpg, .8 steals, 1.79 blocks, shooting .436

but those stats are because the suns have no other big men... as the pistons had ben who brought sheeds stats down coz ben was getting the rebs... and they had rip n chancey for the points... suns had marion and JJ

Magic will be most improved bcause they are in the weak east Magic couldn't win in little league games... But they don't have a bad team. Everyone makes them out to be one of the worst in the league. They still have Francis, Mobley, Howard, Gooden, and Stevenson. Thats not too bad.

I definately agree with footyhead about the Amare issue. He has the skills to become an elite player in the league. As a 21 year old he averaged over 20 ppg as a big man in the West, that in itself should say something.

Amare is a VERY good player. He will only get better. The only thing is Nash, Marion, Johnson, and Q (if he goes there) will take more shots then him. He will need to start demanding the ball.

Jazz... They just missed out on the playoffs last year with only Kirilenko and a bunch of scrubs. Now they added Boozer and Okur and they get Harpring back from injury.
As for the Suns, I'm not so sure how far they will go, they basically (not counting Q) just replaced Marbury with Nash from last season. IMO they'll fight for the 8th seed, which is a big improvement from bottom of the West and right where they were 2 years ago.

Yea, the only thing with the Jazz is they picked up the pos. they already had. THey now have Booz, Okur, and AK. AK can play SF

Why does everyone think the heat are gonna be awesome all of a sudden i mean yes they got shaq and all but wade is like the only supporting cast he has down there........its gonna take a while to get that chemistry set and some players might get frustrated with having to pass to shaq down low all the time..........i see the heat getting 3rd or 4th seed at best..........shaq is good.........but u can stop him (FT line)
