according to the source....... which still seems flawed to me KG doesnt want to go to a good team since it will look like he willl be taking the easy way out..... he will want a middle of the pack team that he wants to make better

Has he consided the Wolves? Sounds like a potential fit.
I know they would be interested.

Lakers arent the only team interested there are others just so you know. Minny has got only old players who if they didnt get far 2 years ago arent gonna get far now. Cassell, Spree among some of the names. It looks like Wolves will have to rebuild once again and KG is not up for that. I would understand him, the guy is a winner. Shaq demanded a trade and he got it. It seems as players recently demand trades and always almost get it. Jim Jackson didnt wanna play for the Hornets, they dealt him, there are other examples that one was just on top of my head. I dont think KG will miss TC or anything but I think he has voiced a concern from the wolves

Has he consided the Wolves? Sounds like a potential fit. I know they would be interested. Lets look at the wolves Roster: PG: Sam Cassell- getting older and older. His production has defenitily dropped compared from last season. He went from 20 and 7 to 14 and 5. His backup is Troy Hudson,a player that is incosistent, at one time he shines the other he disappears. SG: Fred Hoiberg- Another veteran whos more of a Bruce Bowen type player on the team, nearing retirnminet I think if he expires and wolves dont want him back. Bench: Hassell and McCants. Hassell has a long term deal and looks like Wolves are committed to devoloping him but with those #s he is far from an impact. McCants? Who knows good shooter but no clue what to expect from him. SF- Spree if Resigned and Wally as backup. The guy cant feed his family for millions what can we say. Spree nearing in age and needs to be motivated to play, Wally has a huge contract taht Wolves wanna dump. He hasnt developed as they planned. PF- KG enough said. Griffin a talented backup if resigned and stays out of trouble C- Kandymen- huge mistake hasnt turned out. not sure who the backup is Is this team with potential? I see Minny going down the drain in the next 1-2 season

Minnesota will rebuild around KG, not rebuild by trading KG.
He will still be a great player for many years in the NBA. Maybe if this was a sim league he would get shipped for tons of youth and picks, but this is the NBA and teams want to win every year - and aren't just gonna say "well i have no shot for a championship so i think i'll trade away all my stars"

KG doenst want to wait for them to build around him. He is already nearing 30's. He wants to win very soon!

Seriously, and besides, how are the lakers prepared to win anytime soon anyways? They're a rebuilding team theirselves and KG isnt just going to want to slam the door on the team he's been with 10 years, the Wolves are still a good team, better than the Lakers, and besides, this whole thread is dumb, the Wolves wont trade KG without getting Kobe, thats just common sense, and your "sources" on lakerground arent the most reliable either....just lettin ya know...

1) KG and Kobe Will win no questions asked
2) It is up to KG. Its called being a disgruntled superstar. Carter has done it, Jim Jackson has done it, Tmac has done it. Many more have done it.

And Shaq was not supposed to be traded unless Lakers got Wade back. Anything can happen buddy who said that? wade was never part of that discussion - in fact the heat made it very clear that Wade would not be going anywhere.

Your wrong. Riley was very close to including Dwayne Wade. Read the interviews with him he said he was nearly willing to give up wade cuz the lakers wanted him bad but in the last minute pulled wade off the table and lakers went for it anyway.
