i hope minny is getting the picks to move up and grab Rubio, memphis will gladly take 5 and 6. Also, what the spurs and other teams do should be illegal, close the loophole now, its silly and makes a mockery of the league. Several people are reporting on the Grizz board that the Celtics have traded Rondo to the Grizz, but i think its all bullshit. How do you suggest they fix that? The worst trade was the Mavs-Nets two years ago when the Mavs threw in Keith Van Horn, who had retired for the most part. When you're throwing dead bodies into the deal, ok, something's wrong, but it was a salary dump on behalf of the Bucks. I think it's stupid on their part because a nucleus of Jefferson-Villanueva-Bogut would've been good, then again, when was the last time the Bucks made a good move?

yeah, well 5 and 6 will be two nice picks for sure. I would MUCH rather have 5 and 6 than just 2. So we shall see. You can get either DeRozen or Harden, then whichever big is left. I dont think everyone is sold enough on Rubio for him to net the 5 and 6 but the Wolves have the 18th and 28th pick as well so I could see some sort of package working out.

Jefferson to the Spurs is like Artest to the Rockets only less intimidating. True or False?

Jefferson to the Spurs is like Artest to the Rockets only less intimidating. True or False? False. Houston has 2 injury prone stars that if were healthy the team would've been much better. Championship material (with Artest).

He was hurt last season but he also played in every Basketball event there was (NBA championship, World's, Olympics) before last season. He should be fresher this season.

I'm hoping the 76ers can get Ty Lawson at pick #17. It's funny how guys like Flynn and Holiday are ahead of him, but I guess size has a lot to do with his position in the draft. Lawson shoots the ball remarkably well and his Assist to turnover ratio was 3.5/1.

As a Wizards fan im not very happy with this trade. Miller can hit the three and Foye gives us a PG and lets us shift gil to SG. Plus we dumped some salary in etan thomas. But i would have liked to wait and see if Rubio fell to #5, I guess Grunsfield felt Foye > then any player left in the the draft at #5.

If memphis don't take the 2nd best player in the draft in Rubio (Steve Nash 2.0) it will be a mistake they'll regreat later on. At least take James Harden if you want someone who will blossom faster. Making mistakes taking raw centers should be an exclusive of the thunder/sonics.

I guess it could become a problem but in no way is Duncan "injury prone". He's played at least 75 games for 4 straight seasons. No way he can be put with the likes of Yao and TMac.

God I used to get so excited for the NBA Draft, now that the Sonics moved (were stolen) out of town, I only kind of care about this.

God I used to get so excited for the NBA Draft, now that the Sonics moved (were stolen) out of town, I only kind of care about this. To think all this time I hated you and we have the same thing in common with the Sonics, lol. On another note from watching a ton of college basketball, and having seen these European guys, here is my top 10 players talent wise. 1. Blake Griffin - no brainer 2. Thabeet - With what Howard is doing in the league, he is a poor mans version. 3. Johnny Flynn - I think he is a very underrated player in this draft and will have a better career then jennings and rubio, however they are all real close. Flynn just has that take over the end of the game mentality that makes him better. 4. Harden - Next michael redd 5. Brandon Jennings - I think better then rubio 6. Rubio - great player, just feel the other's are better. 7. Curry - lights out shooter, just a matter if he can play d and get minutes in a starting role. 8. DeRozan - young, athletic pretty big SG. 9. Hill - a poor mans thabeet. But the NBA has been getting much faster, so big defensive big men that are slim and run the court prove to be very valuable. 10. Clark - Going to be a monster SF like shard lewis, very strong and has the range to play outside.
