Beat me to the punch Mojo.
And also, this signing doesnt cut into whether if we can still sign Finley, cuz I think we used a minimum contract to get NVE, sweet!
Now we have two great clutch performers in the playoffs in NVE and Horry, and if we can somehow get Finley, this would be one heck of a quiet offseason for the Spurs.

I think Finley's best chance at a ring is the Spurs. But I was under the understanding that they dont have the full MLE.
However, I am sure he wants to start.
But Pop does like to have Manu as the spark off the bench.

I don't know whats gonna happen with Beno though.
He had a great regular season, just a terrible Finals, all rookies have their bad games or in this case series.
I just hope this doesnt stunt his development, but I'm a big fan of NVE, he can put points on the board extremely well.

But Pop does like to have Manu as the spark off the bench. Tough to relegate Manu off the bench. He's a player I don't enjoy watching because he's so reckless, but he also seems like he's a future star. How do you demote him to the bench after the season he just had? I'm with the rest of you, a great signing by the Spurs. Still, if the incredible disappearing Frenchman story happens again, they don't need to find him until July, after they've won yet another title with Van Exel and Finley (if he signs with the Spurs).

Yeah, I like their chances to get Finley.
I think Heat looks good, but if Finley wants a ring he should go to San Antone.

Suns are no longer real contenders, their JJ move and Q trade really hurt their whole system.
Pacers are a possibility, I really like them if they're healthy
And give the Pistons some respect to, their still the defending Eastern Conf. Champs, and last I saw the Heat hadn't played one game as a team yet, so we have no idea how they'll be.
