I was watching part of Van Wilder on TV tonight and recognized Kumar, and I did hear Harold was in American Pie and a movie I saw like 3 years ago called Big Fat Liar or something.
I had some interest in seeing Wolf Creek when it came out, but its gotten awful reviews and it just sounds so sick, twisted, and unless your a sadist you won't like it.
I need to see Saw though, I've been trying to see it for a long time but none of my friends have on demand and my parents won't let me rent it, but I finally convinced my dad to let me reserve it from the library (where you can get movies for free now), can't wait to see it.

Wolf Creek was as bad as any other movie in the gore section. Nothing to freak out about. Saw isn't that bad either. Most of it's gore is only implied. It doesn't actually show much.

lol, your parents won't let you rent it wtf?
Yeah, it isn't terribly gory. I just found the pace of the movie to be dreadful, and it takes wayyyy too long to build up to anything, and the stuff that does happen is just kinda boring

Yeah, my dad said, "Dan, that's a sick movie", and I'm like "well it is about a sadistic killer but it has a good moral lesson I hear, value your life more ", as said I finally talked him into reserving it from the library, but he still hasn't decided that when we get it if he's gonna let me see it, if not i'll be like "then wtf was the point of getting it in the first place", i'll probably find a way to convince him.

Oh yeh I do to, you really think they'd let me see Harold and Kumar? lol, but as said my friends who have on demand sometimes (depending which friend) don't really want to see it cuz they've seen it already, so now I have to ask to get reservation, they really don't care what I watch anymore, just as long as their isn't a "f" storm or anything their fine with it.

Aren't you 17? Even if you're 16, the movies stores will generally let you rent anything besides porn

I'm turning 17 in less than 2 months, but yeh, I know I can probably get anything.
I saw another movie tonight, again:
School of Rock - ***1/2 out of ****
Black is awesome as a lazy, self-centered, and rock loving slob who fakes his identity in order to teach kids at a private prep school rock. Obviously, since I'm a big fan of rock music and Black inparticular (love his band, named "Tenacious D") I really enjoyed this movie. Black gets to display his love of rock music thorougly in this film, and does so in a very entertaining fashion.

the writer of school of rock was the blond skinny guy that played Black's friend in the movie.

Yep, I read that in a review I read of the movie.
He also directed Orange Country I believe...

I would give Scary Movie 4... **1/2 out of ****
It had it's really funny parts but it lost it's funniness when the writers kept trying the same joke over and over just altered a bit or they would make the joke a bit too long so it really just got old. Most of the jokes were about sex as expected. It was a funny movie cause I laughed a lot but it just couldn't keep up it's steam.

I watched Domino the other day. It was pretty good, although I thought some of the editing and direction wasn't needed despite the fact it was part of the director's style. Still not sure what was up with that guy that found them in the desert. I could understand him appearing and talking due to their drug influence, but then he gives them a ride, so I don't know. The special features had some nice stuff on the real Domino.

I thought Domino sucked. The entire movie was unnecessary to be made. The story was so badly written and executed. The coloring of the entire movie was so bad too, setting was too bright half the time probably cause their film crew and editing was horrid. The would film in weird or dark coloring then film in the sun. You have to see it, it's awkward. Keira Knightley wasn't even that great in it. She's had better performances. The movie evoked barely any emotion. I thought it would be at least decent but it was far from it. lol
RIP to the real Domino Harvey though. They kinda disgraced her with the movie.
