Actually, they did this for other sports too, but I really liked reading the NBA ones. Basically, they took several moves a team made and wondered what could have happened if it never was made, or made differently. They made their own list and had fans write in too, but these are pretty old lists - I guess they just stopped doing them. Here is the Grizzlies one.Make sure to click on the right hand side box, to visit the archives to see all teams. I had a good time reading them.

The 76ers list is probably the most horrid one - 3 hall of famers & a #1 overall pick traded for basically nothing:
Chamberlain Malone Barkley #1 that became Brad Daugherty for the Cavs.
Hornacek in the Barkley deal is the BEST guy we got from all of those deals

didn't read all the grizz stuff, but the rahim trade was great for the grizz. Rahim for Gasol, Wright, and Brevin. It seemed suspect at the time, but looking back it's a trade you make 10 times out of 10. The francis and reeves stuff was crap, but that was from the vancouver days. I don't see how the otis thorpe trade wasn't mentioned. Grizz could of drafted Melo, Wade, or Bosh. Instead they had to give the pick to Pistons.
