The Chargers are a great team with a terrible coach. They definitely belong on the list. Great teams don't give up 300 yards rushing to anyone. Period.

Eh...if you're going to put Jacksonville and San Deigo on the list, you have to put New York, Detroit, and every mediocre team in the NFC on the list too. I actually think Cleveland is better than Jax or SD

lol @ giants. They've beaten a bunch of nobodies, the only decent team they beat was Washington and that was only because of a miracle goal-line stand as time expired. I wouldn't be surprised if they finished 8-8. Detroit might belong on that list, maybe the Saints too - but I'm not sold on either of them right now. The Chargers are a great team with a terrible coach. They definitely belong on the list. The Giants only losses were in weeks 1 and 2 to the only other NFC teams you deemed worthy of your list. Since then they have won six straight. Mark my words, they will beat the Patriots in their final regular season game of the year. They have a chance, but only because New England will bench all of their starters after the first quarter if they aren't going for an undefeated season.

Go to the AFC and beat the Pats or colts then talk. The browns have a defense? No they put up points on shitty defenses. New York and Dallas or the best NFC teams. Hoe did the Cowboys fair against the Pats.... That's all i should have to say to anyone who knows anything about football.

I love how people don't read before getting on the soap box. I said the Colts and Pats are in a class by themselves, but after those two teams, the two leagues are equal. Go look at the records. If thats not enough proof for you, you're blind with favoritism. I'd explain further, but all I have to say is go back and read the entire thread.

Can you imagine if they still had Moss and a decent Qb...my goodness. They wouldn't have been able to draft Adrian Peterson if they did.

Just because shitty NFC teams can beat other shitty NFC teams doesn't mean they're equal. I'm not "blind with favoritism" either - I'm a 49ers fan

regardless, this kid is freakishly good. Yesterday's game was basically watching Lt's younger brother come into the game and they facing off. Peterson is the next LT, same style and player. If he can stay healthy that is, cause LT takes a pounding and hardly ever misses games, hope I didn't just jinx him, lol.

The AFC is 20-19 against the NFC this season. Take out the Colts/Pats and they are 15-19. All I said is that minus the Colts & Pats, it's pretty even. [ point made ] [/arguement]

Teams I mentioned (plus the browns since they were mentioned too:) 16-4 versus the NFC.
If you take away the Chargers who should arguably not be mentioned with the top teams: 15-2
[point made] [/argument]

What happened to the other teams in the AFC which would make up the "rest of the conference"? The top teams in the NFC are 11-2 against the AFC ....how do you want to spin it?

Sorry, what I meant to say was: The playoff contending teams in the AFC will dominate all but 2 NFC teams.
Didn't think we were talking about the bottom feeders of the league.

Peterson is a stud. I can't recall ever seeing a better rookie RB.
The question is - will he be good enough to eventually challenge L.T. for the title of best RB in the NFL?

Yea but the problem is when he is in his prime LT will be exiting his so a fair comparrison will never occur at the same time.
