Has to be the Browns. They've were smart to sign bak Derek Andersen. Have to go with a sure thing. And getting the other peices was big.

Vikings and Cowboys haven't had bad offseasons, but the Browns have made huge improvements

I'm more happy with the Lions subtractions then the additions..lol. I like KJ but he can't stay healthy. Good riddens to Shaun Rogers, Kalimba Edwards and Fernando Bryant. At least Darby, Kelly, and Smith are familiar with the system.
Hopefully they land Mendenhall in the draft.
