Even getting Durant or Oden can be quite different. It seems Durant is great but Oden wins championships. Kinda like getting KG or getting Duncan.

True and he's probably even a more skilled player but there are things you can't work on. He just can't be as dominant. Don't get me wrong, as a neutral fan I prefer KG. But as a coach, I'd rather have Duncan. And I'm sure no GM will take the best player (imo Durant) over the one that can make the biggest impact (Oden).
