Stephan curry is the best scorer to come out of college in over a decade. Any team that passes on him in the draft will regret it IMO. His size isn't favorable for a two guard, but he is a much better shooting version of Iverson out of college. I think he is a top 3 pick IMO. He will be an elite player, just based off of his ability to score in so many ways. I don't think his size will be an issue, because he has scored against the best with no issues. Hell he taught the great Russel Westbrook a few things last season, as well as the much taller Brandon Rush. And last night he killed Blake Griffin for over 40 points.

i hope the griz get him....
we never get a top 3 pick, despite a poor record, so we will probably pick 4 or 5th again.....
and i'd love to trade conley (say to the blazers for some spare parts like outlaw and frye) and then draft curry to pair with mayo in the backcourt....
i'm tired of teams sagging 15 feet off of conley and lowry.....i want to give mayo a backcourt mate who is a dead eye shooter...

Lets not tarnish the great legacy of Russell Westbrook with revisionist history. Curry went 6 for 19 against him.
How many successful NBA players are his size?

Unless EVERY that's a 1st Round pick stays in college I just an't see Curry going top 3. Dude's a ridiculous scorer, scoring 40+ on an off night is really remarkable, but his physical tools will seriously hurt his draft stock and more than likely his pro game to a certain extent as well.
And btw, he did not kill Blake Griffin, who thoroughly dominated that game last night.

He'll be a lotto but not top 3 (consider who has been top 3 the past 2 years... Oden [he just had 2-10 a few nights ago), Durant, Horford, Rose, Beasley, Mayo. They are all instant impact players. Curry won't step in and simply be able to rain it on everyone) Maybe top 10.
The thing is I see most guards schooling him every time when he's playing defense. So many guards would be able to post him up if he doesn't add some strength. Or just blowing past him.
But he can score on anybody and teams definitely will take him high because of that.
And yeah, he didn't kill Blake Griffin. He did have that 1 3 over him but for the most part, Griffin killed Lovedale. Curry was killing the guards.
