Huskies have been in most of every game, I think the program is about to turn around, need Locker to stay one more year though.

UW basketball just more and made up for losing Josh Smith. The Huskies just signed the top foreign big man in the nation, who can do it all. He will have a much bigger impact for the Huskies than Smith would have. Depending on who stays, the dawgs may have a legit title shot next season. This kid is really that good.

The guy from draft express.com was raving about him. At the very least its cool to see these future pros in the PAC 10

I've been watching his Youtube video's, and he reminds me of a college Christan Lattener. He moves well, and shoots a nice jumper. He can also post up, and has very good size. He will make an instant impact, and can have a Kevin Durant type imact for the Dawgs.
Now we need to get his elgibility squared away, so he can enroll in the Spring. Were still going very hard after Terrence Jones, who is another top recruit for next season. That would make for a great recruiting class if we can pull that off as well

I don't think Howland really knows that if you get superstar young players, that a high percentage leave early, so he definitely didn't get depth in recruiting or try and keep getting superstar high schooler's very hard, cause UCLA as a name should get a lot of attention.

What are you talking about? Howland pretty much expected Love and Holiday to be one and done they were both national HS players of the year. Nobody thougtht Westbrook would be leaving as a sophmore or Mbah a moute to leave early however. Its a real douche move to offer scholarships to hs players unless you are 100% sure they will be available.

Gordon to transfer from UCLA. He will endup at Cal or USC imo His Mom said he wants to play in an uptempo system. It seems extremely shortsighted. HS players don't develop into NBA players by playing in a system that doesn't challenge their weaknesses. He won't have an NBA future as an undersized big if he can't defend.

Also read that hes looking outside the PAC 10. The news report implied that he would have to sit out less time if he chose a team outside the conference.

All I hear is blah blah blah in this thread. Lets talk about some real shit.
Congrats Huskies on a much needed Apple Cup win. But that's just one year. Gotta win two to establish dominance.
But it's basketball season, and lets talk about the eventual Pac-10 champs, WSU. With Klay Thompson and DeAngelo Casto, you have the best inside-outside attack in the Pac. And I think it's safe to say that Klay Thompson if not the best, easily a top 3 player in the Pac-10. Right now, he's averaging 28-5-4, leading the country in scoring. If you don't know who he is, get to know it. He's gonna blow up this year, and when we beat the Zags tonight, we'll finally be a ranked team. Our football team is a joke. Thank God we have basketball. GO COUGS!!
