Well, Ole Miss put the beat down on Fresno State, kinda surprised how much we dominated them after Vandy dominated us, oh well, a win is a win.
Bama looked human against Arky, but I am not ready to say florida will beat them this weekend in Tuscaloosa, it will be a good game though.
I might have to stay up and watch Stanford/Oregon.

Bama beat the fuck out of Florida in every facet of the game. It wasnt half as close as the score, it might as well have been 70-0. Florida is not that good, that will lose a few more this season I think. Speaking of sucking in the SEC East, Georgia is a damn disgrace, losing to Colorado. I thought there was no way they would fire Richt, but I am not so sure now.
Oregon is pretty good, I think Oregon Vs. Bama would be a good game. But I can see it ending up Bama vs. Oklahoma with Bama beating the fuck out of them and Oregon going an beating the fuck out of whatever shit big 10 team gets sent to the Rose Bowl.

So, not much talk here...but Andrew Luck is SOOOOO fucking good. Reminds me of an Aaron Rodgers in the terms that he's a great thrower (obviously) and he can get around 350 rushing yards every year. I don't know that we've seen an absolute lock at QB since Peyton came out. Gotta love the fact that locker was getting all this hype and now he has slid down dramatically. He would have went #1 possibly last year (I preferred Sam Bradford), but now he is stuck in the late 1st round at best.
Also, I think Arkansas will beat Ohio State because we know that the Big 10 sucks.

Arkansas is gonna ROLL Ohio State tonight. SEC West is BY FAR the best division in college football. No if ands, or butts. LSU might have a tougher game in the Cotton Bowl, but I think they will win handily.
Is the big 10 the most over rated conference ever? Man they fucking suck.

Not sure that it is overrated, but definitely weaker. I wouldn't exactly call Wis garbage just because they lost to TCU. MSU definitely played like shit. I think the long layoff affects too many teams as well. All the more reason for a playoff.

Thats dumb as fuck. With the guranteed money for 1st picks now a days he is gambling literally 10's of millions of dollars on not getting hurt next year. Say he has a shoulder injury, boom, he can kiss 20 mill goodbye. I understand getting an education and all that, but thats dumb as fuck.

lol, obviously you don't know who the number one overall pick was last year as Bradford did the same thing, got hurt for the year and I believe set a record for most guaranteed money.
Not to mention if there is indeed going to be a strike, might not be the best for underclassman to come out.

If there wasn't an impending labor situation in the NFL I'd say he's stupid - but I wouldn't risk leaving school after my sophomore year to join a league that may or may not even be going. Plus the new labor agreement is probably going to have a rookie pay scale, so that he won't be risking tens of millions by falling from 1 to ~10 (like Leinart), but only a couple million or so.
Either way, as a Stanford fan I'm stoked to have him back.

Luck made a great choice. It's one thing to play for a bad team in the NFL; it's another to have to go to the Panthers right now. That division is stacked with young really good QB's and one HOF QB. He wouldn't see the playoffs for a long time, as this is the best division in football. The Bucs won ten games, and didn't get in.
A QB's greatness is measured by success, and Luck will be better off going to a team like the Broncos next year. So why not go back to school (the best academic/sports school in America in my opinion) Play with a great team, and try to win a National Championship?
