This is ridiculous. After our embarrasment at the world championships, i would think the NBA players would feel the desire to want to represent they're country and show that the US is still the best, instead, we've put together quite possibly the worst team in over a decade. With the addition of Okafor, here's the lineup so far.
Forward Carmelo Anthony Forward Carlos Boozer Forward/center Tim Duncan Guard Allen Iverson Guard/forward LeBron James Forward Richard Jefferson Guard Stephon Marbury Forward Shawn Marion Forward Lamar Odom Center Emeka Okafor Forward/center Amare Stoudemire Guard Dwyane Wade
6 players with 2 years experience or less.

Yeah, but I dont blame them. They play all year and risk injury. Not to mention, no training in the summer.
Rick Adelman was saying that after getting shut down in the playoffs, Peja could learn to handle that better with a solid month of one-on-one. And that wont happen.

quite diminished. After AI seemingly would play a huge backup role, he is now one of the team's main pieces.
Also, Mojo Jojo, can you delete this account and my DD account and change the password of the DDu37 account please?

True that they likely have more talent, but a lot of these Olympic teams are much more accustomed to playing alongside one another.

Team USA at Worlds was a nice all-star team. I hope this one is better.
