I know its no big deal or anything... but anyways... ill post some scores so far of the Summer leagues running... a Summer League is basically a chance for a team to try out the players they have picked up in the draft or elsewhere... rookies etc. ...
In the Minnesota Summer League the standings as of 7/7 are:
Charlotte 2-0
Detroit 2-0
Philadelphia 1-1
Toronto 1-1
Milwaukee 0-2
Minnesota 0-2
Yes... The Bobcats are equal First... that wont happen in the real NBA though...
In Orlando... The Pepsi Pro Summer League standings as of 7/7 are:
Washington 2-0
Cleveland 2-0
New Jersey 1-1
Boston 1-1
Orlando 0-2
Miami 0-2
Miamis 1st Round Draft pick... Dorell Wright added 30pts- 5rebs- 2stls in his only game against Washington in the game they lost 89-59 he was the only player from the Miami team to have scored more than 6pts!...
Jarvis Hayes leads the Wizards by averging 17pts...
Dwight added 15pts- 11rebs- 4blks in Orlandos second game... in Orlandos first game... Bogans topped scorers with 24pts...
For Cleveland... Wagner avgs 22pts- 5 rebs in 2 games... and their no#10 pick has 19+12pts in 2 games...
Boston... Al Jefferson has 24pts- 16rebs in 2 games... and Banks has 28pts in 2 games...
New Jersey... Brian Scalabrine had 21pts in the 1st game and 10 in 2nd... in game 2... Zoran Planinic had 7pts- 5rebs- 10asts... and Desmond Penigar led NJ with 15pts
