I dont care about Nelly. But MJ really demonstrated his management skills in Washington.
He's no Jerry West.
I think MJ lacks patience and that really is a benefit as a player, but a crucial component of a GM or owner.

why would you want nelly to own your team? so he can rap at halftime? MJ wins this arguement as easily as he does the one about who's better between him and Kobe

Now the Bobcats can sell Nelly's failed drink, "Pimp Juice."

I would love to have MJ owning my favourite team, as long as he stayed out of the basketball decisions. He would hopefully light a fire under players, as long as they don't start crying like Kwame. He would be a great figure to have at games and it would bring respect to the team.

I think the reason why ppl think jordan sucked in washington was because of kwame brown. Everybody else in the league thought the same thing as him, so it could have been any1's mistake. U have to give him credit for playing at 42 or however old he was and still be an all star.

Kwame is still young and could develope. Look at J. O'neal and how many years it took him to finally become dominating

Mj killed a Wizards team who had RIP and other players true, but MJ knows basketball and that was his first try as a GM. I thought that was an awesome trade for the wizards when I first heard it, Stackhouse was a great player and Rip was just a jump shooter. Everyone makes mistakes, especially their first time. Nelly's just a rapper whos only experience as a GM comes from NBA like 2004.
