Kills me too.
Just what we need, more depth and injury prone players.....
West has to have other plans.

Bobby jackson is great, if given the starting job in Memphis all you grizzlies fans will be loving him (barring injury)

Id take Jackson over Wells any day. Defensively, offensively, anyway you slice it.

Yeah, but the injury problem is HUGE with him. He strikes me as the type of player to "get his". If that makes any sense.
He gets his but doesn't get others involved, or make players better. We don't really need that on Memphis, this team was built around sharing the ball. I know the Kings share the ball alot, but that is a different story. Jackson comes in and looks to score. Thats about it.
Maybe it will work out for the Grizz. I like Mr. Bo Jax, but I like him on the Kings. Not the Grizzlies. We'll see.

BoJax is a good role player. Bonzi is a good starter. Not sure why West wants to keep adding depth. We're over 15 players and I think Lopez is supposed to go back overseas.

jackson has never been given the chance to start, but his per 48 minutes suggest that he would be dominate in a starters role - as seen by his great stats in this league, which is based on per 48 stats.
I think if he is given the chance that he will average between 17-20 ppg and could give the grizzlies the killer instinct that they've lacked in the past few years.
Look at the Bulls - good young team that really found themselves once Ben Gordon came in and started sealing games for them because he was confident enough in his shot to bust a J in anyone's eye in crunch time. That is the type of player Jackson is, and could lead the griz to the playoffs again, because they'll need all the help they can get in the west next year:
1. Spurs 2. Suns 3. Sonics 4. Sacramento 5. Houston 6. Dallas 7. Warriors 8. Denver 9. Grizzlies 10. T-wolves
even the lakers and clippers could contend.

Maybe we can use Bobby for 10 or 15 games...that will make it worth it.
